2. Service Description

Token Exchange is a platform that enables users to pool LLM API keys and share rate limits proportionally based on contribution. Users pledge tokens from their provider API keys and earn drawing rights when others consume from their pledges.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your platform API key confidential
• Only submit provider API keys that you own or have authorization to use
• Comply with the terms of service of underlying LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the pooling system

4. API Key Security

Provider API keys you submit are encrypted and stored securely. However, by submitting a key, you acknowledge that it may be used to serve requests from other pool participants. You remain responsible for any charges incurred on your provider account.

5. Drawing Rights and Pledges

Drawing rights are calculated based on fulfilled pledges minus consumed tokens. The platform does not guarantee specific availability or rate limits, as these depend on pool participation and provider availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Token Exchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in LLM provider responses
• Charges incurred on your provider accounts
• Loss of data or unauthorized access
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
